Purchases & Refunds

Before purchasing a course, create your online student profile. Once you've setup your profile, log into your student portal and select the course to purchase. Thereafter, the course will be accessible.

Money Back Guarantee: We will adhere to a 24 hour full money back guarantee in the event you change your mind. After 24 hours, at the sole discretion of the Academy, the tuition can be credited towards future courses within the same calendar year of original purchase.

Student Portal

Create an online account and get access to your registered courses. In the left hand corner, click on the "REGISTER" link. Enter the required fields and click the Sign-Up button.

After you've created your online profile, click the "LOGIN" button in the top left corner of the website. Enter your profile information that you created in the online profile. You're now in your student portal and able to access all your enrolled courses as well as continue to navigate through the website.

In the left hand corner, click the "LOGIN" button. Enter your Username then click the "Forgot my password" link. A new screen will appear prompting you to change your password. Once you've changed your password, and email will be sent to your registered email address.

Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to academyofprovidence@protonmail.com.

Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
